## Which data we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, phone), optional marketing consent when you download a guide, job details (cleaning category, postcode, frequency, home size, notes), business details when relevant (company name and CVR *you* provide — Renzen does not publish its own CVR on this page), and usage data (IP, browser, cookies).

## Purpose

We process data to handle bookings and inquiries, provide customer service, send material you requested, send host tips only with separate consent, and improve the service. Legal bases include contract, legitimate interest, and consent as described on the HTML page.

## Sharing and retention

Task details and contact information may be shared with selected cleaning partners so they can perform or quote for the job. Processors (hosting and systems) act on instruction. Data is kept only as long as needed for those purposes, typically around two years for quote documentation unless bookkeeping law requires longer.

When a user explicitly requests an Airbnb management assessment and accepts the sharing in the form, Renzen shares the submitted contact and property details with NimaStay by Estaldo for the requested assessment and follow-up.

## Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent by emailing info@renzen.dk. You may complain to Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
