# Om Renzen

Renzen (https://www.renzen.dk) is a Danish cleaning platform. It connects households with approved Zenmestre for private homes, businesses, and short-term rentals. You book and pay through Renzen.

## Company

Renzen formidler the booking: the customer books with Renzen, and a verified Zenmester in the network does the work. Zenmestre are screened, certified with ongoing training, and have a clean criminal record, as stated on the site. Recurring visits can keep the same Zenmester. Payment is collected after the work is done.

Bookings are insured (RenCover / liability cover up to 10 million kr. as stated on the site) and include a satisfaction guarantee.
